Delaware Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Requirements

What are the state of Delaware's requirements to become a licensed real estate agent?
  1. Have reached the age of majority, eighteen (18).
  2. Proof of completion of 99 hour Pre-License Education.
  3. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Complete and pass the real estate examination.
  5. Complete and submit the notarized application form.
  6. You must ask your broker of record for the office you enter in the real estate employment section to complete and sign the statement of broker of record box.
  7. Arrange for a Certificate of Licensure History to be sent directly to the Commission office from each state where you have ever held any kind of real estate license.
  8. Salesperson Examination Fee: $85
  9. Salesperson Licensing Fee: $134

Delaware Licensed Broker Requirements

What are the state of Delaware's requirements to become a licensed real estate broker?
  1. Have reached the age of majority, eighteen (18).
  2. Complete and submit the notarized application form.
  3. Proof of completion of Pre-License Education.
  4. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  5. You must have been licensed as a salesperson and/or broker in Delaware, any other jurisdiction or combination of jurisdictions for five continuous years before applying.
  6. Arrange for a Certificate of Licensure History to be sent directly to the Commission office from each state where you have ever held any kind of real estate license.
  7. Complete and sign the Sales or Lease Transaction Listing with 30 sales or transactions completed by you in the last five years.
  8. License history/certification from each jurisdiction where you hold or have ever held a Real Estate license.
  9. Associate Broker Examination Fee: $85
