Technical Support

Live technical support is available via telephone Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST at (801) 492-9933.  Technical and sales support is available after office hours and on weekends via email.  Please email us at support@praedo.com should you need any assitance.  While you are welcome to contact us at any time, the quickest way to get a question answered is to consult the FAQ section to help answer our most common questions.  We have highlighted some of our most popular FAQs below. 

Forgotten Password
On the login screen, you will find a “Lost Password” link.  You will need your login name.  The new password will be emailed to you.  If you have forgotten your login name, you will need to contact us.

Time Period to Complete a Course

Students have one year from the start date of the course to complete education.

Nothing happens when starting a course
This is usually caused by the absense of the most recent versions of Java and Flash on your computer.  Java may be downloaded for free here.  Flash may be downloaded for free here.  Flash and Java must be enabled and pop-up blockers must be disabled.

When returning to a course, the system started at the beginning of the course
If a user inadvertently selects “No” when asked if they would like to resume where they left off, the timing feature on the slides will be reset.  Users should always select “Yes” when asked if they would like to resume where they left off.  Selecting “Yes” ensures that the timing feature is not reset and users can review information that they have previously viewed or navigate into a new section.
