We stand behind every mortgage course we develop and are willing to help any student with academic and technical support within normal business hours.  However, because of the obligation we have to the State, we cannot refund courses once they have begun.  After purchase of a pre-licensing or continuing education mortgage product, students have one year to complete the course.
