Another way by which Praedo is taking online real estate and mortgage education to the next level is through our Cross Approval program.  Many of our courses are approved for credit in multiple jurisdictions with multiple agencies.  For example, a Utah real estate course may be approved for Utah mortgage credit as well as real estate credit in another state.  The cost of the additional certification is the same as the original.  However, you save the time of repeating the course for the additional credit.  The additional certifications must currently be processed manually by our office.  If you are taking a course for multiple licenses, please contact our office before taking a class for assistance about which courses to select.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by using our 'Contact Us' tab at the top of the screen.

Please call or email our office after you have taken the course in order for us to generate a cross approved certificate.
